The product is the object of the agreement of the parties; clothes, accessories and other items presented in the official online store for the purpose of their sale.

2.3 The current conditions of sale of the Product and the information about the Product posted on the website are a public offer in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
2.4 The current conditions may be changed by the Seller without notice to the User / Buyer unilaterally. The new version of the terms of this agreement enters into force from the moment of its publication on the website, unless otherwise provided by the Agreement itself.
2.5 The Agreement enters into force from the moment of confirmation by the Seller in any form to the Buyer of the acceptance of the Order when the Buyer places an order on the Site, as well as from the moment of acceptance of the Order from the Buyer at the phone number indicated on the Site .
2.6 By notifying the Seller of his telephone number and e-mail, the Buyer consents to the use of these means of communication by the Seller, as well as by third parties involved in the fulfillment of their obligations to the Buyer .
The data can be used for the purpose of disseminating information about the transfer of the supply order, as well as other information directly related to the fulfillment of the obligation to the Buyer under this Public Offer.
Also, the data specified by the Buyer can be used for the distribution of promotions, news about promotions, discounts, as well as other actions of the Seller.
By placing an Order, the User / Buyer agrees that the Seller may entrust the execution of the Agreement to a third party, while remaining responsible for its execution.
Subject of the contract

Product and order of purchase

4.3 The Buyer is solely responsible for providing inaccurate data that made it impossible for the Seller to fulfill its obligations to the Buyer.
4.4 In case of complete or partial absence of the prepaid Order, the Buyer is offered a replacement. If there is no Product for replacement, the price of the canceled Product is returned by the Seller to the Buyer in the manner agreed between the Seller and the Buyer separately or by the method by which the Buyer paid for the Goods.
4.5 After placing the Order on the Site, the Buyer is provided with information about the approximate delivery date by sending a message to the email address or phone number or calling the phone number specified by the Buyer during the Order or by phone.
Delivery of the Order
5.1 Methods, as well as the cost of delivery of the Goods, depending on the payment method, are indicated in the "Delivery and payment" section.
5.2.1 Delivery of orders on the territory of Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta delivery service. The approximate cost of delivery of each Order is displayed on the Site when placing an order, but may be changed by the carrier "Nova Poshta" based on the weight of the Product, the region and the method of delivery. The buyer can calculate the delivery independently on the official website of "Nova Poshta".
5.2.1.1 Orders are shipped within 5 days from the moment the order is confirmed, if the goods are in stock, unless other terms are specified in the order confirmation. At the time of delivery, the Order is handed over to the Buyer or a third party specified in the Order as the Buyer or recipient. If the Buyer is unable to receive the Order, the Order may be delivered to a person who can provide accurate information about the Order. At the time of delivery of the Order, the delivery service, represented by its representative, has the right to demand the presentation of a document certifying the recipient's identity.
5.2.1.2 The parcel is delivered to the warehouse of the Nova Poshta carrier specified by the Buyer. To receive the parcel, you must present your passport and declaration number. The declaration number is communicated to the Buyer in any of the following ways: by phone; using the Viber mobile application; sent to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer; by means of an SMS message sent after sending the order.

The period of free storage of a parcel at the Nova Poshta warehouse is 5 days. After the end of the free storage period, the package is returned automatically. The Buyer can extend the storage period of the parcel by contacting the Seller's support service in any convenient way specified in the "Contacts" section on the Seller's website. For each day of storage of the parcel in the "Nova Poshta" warehouse beyond the specified period, a fine is imposed, which is paid by the Buyer.
5.2.1.3 Responsibility for accidental damage or destruction of the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Order is handed over to him and the Recipient's signature is affixed to the documents confirming the delivery of the Order.
5.2.2 Delivery of orders outside of Ukraine. The cost of delivery of the order is displayed on the website when placing the order. In the case of delivery outside the standard delivery areas, the cost of delivery is calculated individually and notified to the Buyer by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address and / or phone number specified at the time of placing the order.
Price and payment of goods
6.1. The price of the Product is indicated in the national currency and includes all taxes provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
6.2. The price of the Product is indicated on the Site. In the case of an incorrect indication of the price of the ordered Goods, the Seller shall notify the Buyer of this for the purpose of confirming the Order at the corrected price or canceling the Order.
6.3. Product price products on the Site can be changed unilaterally by the Seller. At the same time, the price of the Goods ordered by the Buyer cannot be changed.
6.4. Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer in accordance with the conditions and tariffs indicated on the page of the online store Solana Brand
6.5. The Seller has the right to provide discounts on the Goods and establish a bonus program. The types of discounts, bonuses, coupons, the order and terms of their accrual, indicated on the Site, can be changed by the Seller unilaterally.
Exchange and return of goods
7.1. The return of the Goods is carried out in accordance with the conditions of return specified below.
7.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the received goods and terminate the sales contract in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" within 14 calendar days.
7.3. Return of Goods of proper quality:
7.3.1. The return of the Goods of proper quality is possible within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt, provided that the Goods have not been used, and have also preserved: their appearance, consumer properties, inscriptions, addresses, etc. on the packaging are not allowed.
7.3.2. In the event of the Buyer's rejection of the Goods in accordance with clause 7.3.1. The seller of the Agreement is obliged to return the cost of the Goods to him within 7 (seven) working days from the moment of receipt of the Goods. Refunds are made by transferring funds to the bank card specified by the buyer in writing, based on the value of the product at the time of purchase. Only the cost of the product is returned to the buyer. The cost of return shipping is paid by the Buyer. In the event that the Buyer sent the parcel with the return of the Order at the expense of the Recipient, the cost of delivery is deducted from the amount of the return.
7.4. Return of goods of inappropriate quality:
7.4.1. Goods of inadequate quality mean goods that cannot ensure the fulfillment of their functional qualities. The difference of design elements, colors or design from those stated in the description on the Site is not a sign of the inadequate quality of the Product and/or the impossibility of using it for its intended purpose.
7.4.2. After receiving the Order, claims regarding external defects of the Product, its quantity, completeness and product appearance are not accepted.
7.4.3. If the Buyer received Goods of inadequate quality, the Buyer has the right, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", to demand the return of the paid funds.
7.4.4. The Seller is not responsible for the defects of the Goods that arose after their transfer to the Buyer as a result of the Buyer's violation of the rules for the use or storage of the Goods, the actions of third parties or force majeure.
7.4.5. If the reason for the return was an error by the Seller, the Buyer will be refunded the full cost of the order. Also, the Online Store Seller pays for the return shipping of the product. An error by an employee of the Seller / Online store means: sending a different model; shipment of a different size; discrepancy in the color of the photo model (for example: instead of black, the decoration turned out to be red). At the same time, the inconsistency of the shade of the same color (bright red - coral) is not taken into account, due to the fact that the same image may look different on different monitors.

8.4 The seller has the right to send informational, including advertising, messages to e-mail and mobile phoneephone of the User / Buyer with his consent. The User / Buyer has the right to refuse to receive advertising and other information without explaining the reasons for refusal. Service messages that inform the User / Buyer about the Order and the stages of its processing are sent automatically and cannot be rejected by the User / Buyer.
8.5 The seller has the right to use "Cookies" technology. "Cookie files" do not contain confidential information and are not transferred to third parties.
8.6 The Seller is not responsible for the statements made by the User / Buyer on the Site in public form.
8.7 The Seller has the right to record telephone conversations with the Buyer. At the same time, the Seller undertakes: not to allow attempts of unauthorized access to information obtained during telephone conversations and/or its transfer to third parties who are not directly related to the fulfillment of Orders, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Information".
Duration of public offer
9.1. A valid public offer enters into force from the moment of acceptance by the User / Buyer and is valid until the moment of withdrawal of acceptance of the public offer.

Special conditions
10.1. The Seller has the right to transfer its rights and obligations to Buyers to third parties.

The Seller's technical service has the right to periodically carry out necessary preventive or other work with or without prior notice to Buyers.
10.3. The provisions of the legislation of Ukraine apply to the relationship between the User / Buyer and the Seller.
